Arrival & Pickup
Doors open 15 minutes before class start time – Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class begins.
Parents/guardians – Welcome to stay onsite in a separate room to wait and work.
Pickup – No later than 5 minutes after class end time.

Cancellation and Refund

7 or more calendar days before first class start date – 100% cash refund.
Less than 7 calendar days before first class start date – 100% credit refund (expires in one year).
After the first class session begins – 50% credit refund (expires in one year). [Note]: If your child has not attended any class sessions and you notify us within the first 7 days of the session, we may issue a prorated credit at our discretion for verifiable medical or family emergencies (documentation may be required).
Change of Enrollment

We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but changes are not guaranteed due to limited class availability.
Make-Up Class

Each student may request one make-up class per active membership period. The make-up must be scheduled within 14 days of the missed class and completed before the current membership period ends. Make-ups do not extend into future sessions and are not eligible for refund.
[Note]: Make-ups are not available for vacations, sports, or other planned non-emergency conflicts.
Medical or Family Emergencies
Please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate emergency-related absences. For extended absences (50% or more of the remaining session), documentation (e.g., a doctor's note) may be required.
Class Cancellations By Us

24+ hours notice – Choose either: (a) Make-up class, or (b) Credit refund for future programs (weekend bootcamps, school break days, workshops, seminars).
Less than 24 hours notice – You will receive: (a) Full credit refund for the canceled class, plus (b) A bonus credit (e.g., 50% off a school break day) as a goodwill gesture.
Emergencies (sole instructor) – Our program is run by a single instructor. In the rare event of sudden illness or a family emergency requiring last-minute cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and apply the less-than-24-hours notice policy above. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
